Terms of service

Tracwell is operated by Saurabh Chauhan, an independent operator based in India. References to Tracwell, we, or us mean Saurabh Chauhan operating the service.

By creating an account or using Tracwell, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement, provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and ensure your team follows these terms. Tracwell provides hosted analytics, SDKs, APIs, and related tools; features may change as the service develops.

You retain ownership of your data. You authorize us to process customer analytics only to provide, secure, and support the service on your instructions. You are responsible for a lawful basis, privacy notices, required consent, appropriate collection and retention settings, and requests from the people whose data you control.

Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, sensitive health information, or unnecessary personal data. Do not break the law, infringe rights, bypass access or usage controls, misuse credentials, resell access without permission, or disrupt the service.

Our privacy policy explains data handling. The data processing agreement forms part of these terms where we process personal data on your behalf.

Your plan and checkout state the price, billing interval, event and website allowances, retention, taxes, and any trial terms. Allowances are shared across a workspace. Subscriptions renew until cancelled unless checkout states otherwise. Events above the effective allowance may be rejected; reasonable query, export, and abuse limits also apply.

Cancel through the billing portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where law or checkout requires otherwise. Unpaid or expired subscriptions may lose collection access. Export data you need before applicable retention or deletion takes effect.

Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions. Manage your subscription through billing before deleting your account. Material changes to active plans or prices will be communicated before taking effect where required; completed paid periods will not be repriced.

Tracwell and its licensors retain rights to the software, branding, and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while authorized. We may use feedback without compensation but will not identify you publicly without permission.

External authentication, payment, and customer-connected tools have their own terms. We do not control their independent services.

You can stop using the service or delete your account. We may suspend or end access for non-payment, material breach, unlawful use, security risk, or harm to others. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Account deletion is permanent and runs through the documented deletion workflow. Payment obligations, ownership provisions, and applicable liability terms survive termination.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation or suitability for every requirement. Any service-level commitment must be separately agreed in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tracwell is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Total liability arising from the service is limited to fees you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These exclusions do not restrict liability or rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. We will communicate material changes through the service or email as appropriate. Continued use after the effective date accepts the updated terms, subject to applicable law.
