Service providers

Cloudflare — application hosting, content delivery, event collection and queues, D1 account and configuration storage, R2 backups and exports, and transactional email. Handles request metadata, customer analytics, account data, and email content across the services used. Its infrastructure is distributed globally; we do not claim all processing stays in the EU.

Scaleway — server infrastructure hosting the ClickHouse analytics database. Handles stored analytics and associated operational data. The exact service region and contracted entity must be verified before a regional processing commitment is offered.

Google — optional sign-in. Handles authentication and supplies account profile information when you choose Google sign-in. Google may also process data independently under its own terms.

Dodo Payments — subscription checkout, billing, and payment administration. Handles customer billing and payment information and sends subscription references and status to Tracwell. It may act independently for payment, tax, fraud, and legal obligations. We do not receive full payment-card details.

This register describes the providers identified in the current implementation. Exact contracting entities, processing locations, and transfer mechanisms are still being verified for the DPA. Headquarters alone does not establish where your data is processed.

Customer-configured external tools, including an MCP client, receive data only through the access you authorize and are subject to your arrangements with their providers.
