Yes. Each new workspace gets one 7-day free trial with the event allowance you select, and it starts as soon as you sign up. There is no card or checkout during the trial. Choose a plan at any time; billing starts when you subscribe. If the trial ends without a plan, collection pauses and your historical reports and exports remain available.

Yes. Your event allowance is pooled across every website in the account, so one busy website can use more capacity without forcing the others onto separate plans.

A pageview, custom event, identify call, or revenue event counts as one event only after it is accepted and persisted. Properties never multiply the count.

No. Retries, rejected requests, and internal operational events are not billable. The count comes from events successfully persisted to the analytics store.

Your allowance resets monthly, including on annual plans. When measured usage reaches the allowance, new events are rejected until your allowance resets or you upgrade. Previously accepted events are kept. There are no automatic overage charges.

No. Every paid plan includes the core analytics product. Plans change capacity, website allowance, retention, and support - not the reports you can use.

300K and 1M events include one seat; 2M and 5M include ten; 10M and 20M include thirty, including the owner. Each person counts once per workspace; pending invitations reserve a seat. API keys and MCP agents do not count as seats. Existing subscriptions keep their previous allowances until you choose to switch.
